We use suitable packaging to ensure our products reach their destination in good shape and stay fresh for the entire shelf life. All products are fully labelled in accordance with NZ food legislation. Besides food quality and safety, we ensure our packaging is kept up to date with global standards and trends.

Food safety is just as important as food quality. We are registered with Ministry of Primary Industries and follow a strict food safety policy (HACCP). Our site is audited annually to verify our systems and processes. We only work with accredited suppliers who can comply with our standards. Our staff are trained in food hygiene and safety concepts, and encouraged to suggest ideas for continuous improvement.

We are passionate about our products. We believe that the finished product will be of good quality only if the freshest ingredients are used. The majority of our products have a 3 day shelf life, and we are proud about the fact that they look and taste just as good as they did on the day they were made.
